I accidentally ordered the wrong filter, which was totally my fault, and I was kind of expecting the return to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. I messaged support and they got back to me quickly, walked me through what to do, and the return was simple. Refund showed up a few days later too. Just a smooth experience overall, no drama, and yeah, I’d definitely order from them again

"Shade range messed up my plans"
The products themselves are fine, but the shade range is limited. I was hoping to grab something for an event and be done with it, but I ended up wasting time trying to make a shade work that was only sort of close. It looked okay, but not perfect, and it kind of threw off the makeup look I had planned. I really wish they had more undertones to choose from.

"Surprisingly good for my sensitive skin"
I’ve been using this for a bit and so far, no breakouts, which is a big win for my sensitive skin. It feels comfortable when I put it on and doesn’t leave me irritated. Anyway, my skin usually gets mad at everything, so I’m actually kind of impressed.

"Good value and does what it’s supposed to"
I ended up buying from pur.com because, the price was better than what I was seeing in a few stores. It was really easy to set up, and yeah, the water tastes a lot better now, so it definitely felt worth it.
Shipping was normal, no problems or anything, and the refill prices seem fair too. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and would probably buy again.

"Shade was a little different than expected"
I ordered a foundation from pur.com, and the shade looked a bit different once I saw it in person. It wasn’t awful or unusable, just warmer than I expected from the photos, kind of like it looked more neutral online and then in real life...
The foundation itself feels fine, so I’m not totally disappointed. I can still make it work if I mix it with another shade, but I do wish the shade pictures on the site were a little more accurate.

"Held up way better than I thought"
I wore this all day at work it still looked good by dinner. It didn’t get patchy or do anything weird on my skin, which almost never happens for me. Super happy with it.

"I’d say this filter is fine..."
I’d say this filter is fine overall, but it didn’t really wow me. The water does taste a bit cleaner, so I can tell it’s doing something, but the difference isn’t huge. It also runs slower than I’d like sometimes, which gets a little annoying. Not a bad buy, just more of an okay product than an amazing one

"Smooth and easy, but I’m careful on dry areas"
I liked the texture overall, it feels smooth and not heavy or too thick. It went on easily, though I did have to spend a little extra time blending around my drier spots so it wouldn’t cling or look patchy. I’d probably keep an eye on that if your skin runs dry, but for me it worked fine with a bit of care.

"Maybe I caught them at a bad time"
I’m not sure if it was just bad timing or what, but the ingredients didn’t seem that great when I tried it. Everything felt a little cheap and not as fresh as I was hoping.

"Pretty good packaging overall"
The box showed up looking neat overall, just had a small dent on one corner. Not a big deal tho, everything inside was fine.
